The ideal sales Associates will begin by building friendly relationships with
customers. First by phone then in person, from discussing financing to
T.O.'ing with co-workers and closing sales, your ultimate responsibility is to
sell cars. You will, however, find that this will be supported our
committment to providing outstanding customer service. Car sales
experience is NOT required.


Assistant Managers:

We have an exciting new program that prepares some of our Team Members for
Management positions in our rapidly growing company. These Team
Members learn the business by taking on a series of positions within
Country Club Motors that develop skills and strategic thought. Car sales
experience is NOT required.
Minimum Educational Requirements Prefered: Batchlers in Business
Administration.


Collections Associate:

As an experienced Collector, you can feel good about building a career
here.and of course, you can find serious money and opportunity along the
way. We’ll look to you to use your incredible people skills to build positive
relationships with customers. You will be the first point of contact and an
important problem solver.
